What is Brainspotting Coaching good for?

- Overcoming limiting beliefs & unhealthy patterns that are keeping you stuck in your overall life, relationships, mind, body, business, or faith.
- Brainspotting can also be used to support you with navigating health goals and some chronic pain conditions.
Okay, I hear what it is good for… What IS it?
- Brainspotting is a brain & body-based approach that is used for processing.
- We use points in your field of vision to get to the root of content related to specific issues, hopes & dreams, creative pathways, & trauma-related symptoms, etc.
- You can talk as little or as much as you want during guided processing & can still experience impactful results!
What can I expect in a Brainspotting Coaching session?
- Preparation is minimal and only requires you to have a secure internet connection for online video sessions. The main difference will be felt in the process of the session and potentially the aftermath! Your provider may briefly explain to you the general process of this approach and then will work with you to identify potential brainspots that will be targeted within a session.
- Your Brainspotting Coach will support you in getting connected to the topics you want to explore and help you locate the brainspots. This may include using a visual aid or instrument designed to direct you to the spot within your visual field.
- Brainspotting may also use specialized sounds or music through headphones during or between sessions depending upon preference and provider recommendation. Most of all, you can expect an amazing opportunity for breakthrough and growth!
